The provisions of this Agreement and the legal relations between the parties arising out of this Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Guarantor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of any court of competent jurisdiction located in Alameda County, State of California in any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement and users irrevocably and unconditionally agree that all claims with respect to such action or proceeding may only be heard in a court located in Alameda County, State of California.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Any liability of Florida Stellenmarkt under this Agreement, whatever the basis of the liability, shall not exceed $100.00 for any transaction out of which the liability arose or occurred. Neither Florida Stellenmarkt nor its agents, officers, directors or employees shall be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.
